Spoofs are ok until the spoofer feels the wrath of the organisation whose copyright they’re infringing. A fellow OU student once used the OU course description template to create a course on ‘irony’ – he would have got away with it, except the OU started to get calls from prospective students enquiring about the course!
He was instructed to remove the page immediately…
Shame. The flying spaghetti monster site has emails from outraged folk who clearly believe that the originator is serious…
