  2. Well, don’t we share 99% of our DNA with monkeys? So it may as well be them…

  3. Hate to be pedantic but 94% to be exact. Weirdly enough, mice are our closest genetic relatives with 40,000 genomes – the same as us. Also we’re 31% related to Brewer’s Yeast and 40% related to worms. Go figure!

    But the methane emissions from cattle account for between 17% and 60% of green-house gasses(depending whose figures you read) and then add in all the manure heaps fermenting away and it’s their fault! Time to go veggie again me thinks!

    31% related to brewer’s yeast? Perhaps that explains my yearning for fermented barley and hops…
